Bio

Diella Lulaj is an Academic Advisor at RIT Kosovo. She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Studies from RIT, with a focus on Strategic Foresight and Innovation, and a MicroMaster’s certificate in Project Management. Diella graduated with the highest honors in the Bachelor of Science program in Applied Arts and Sciences, focusing on Management & Entrepreneurship, Peace & Conflict Studies, and Economics. She was also a member of the Honor Society and published a thesis titled "Environmental Sustainability: Kosovo’s Waste Management and its Road to Circular Economy." Additionally, she completed an exchange semester at HAMK University of Applied Sciences in Finland.

Diella's previous work experiences include roles as an Admissions Advisor, Erasmus Exchange Coordinator, and Facilitator for the First-Year Introductory Course at RIT Kosovo. She is currently engaged in the ROAMING project. Diella also participated in international exchanges at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, Middle East Technical University (METU) in Turkey, and HAMK University of Applied Sciences in Finland, all of which are partners of RIT Kosovo.
