Erion Vrella: Building GENZ Digital with Passion

Erion Vrella, a second-year student at RIT Kosovo, exemplifies how practical learning and entrepreneurial ambition can create real-world impact. From managing social media accounts alone to running a full-fledged digital agency, Erion’s story is one of passion, persistence, and growth.
The Inspiration Behind GENZ Digital

Erion's journey began during his time at Kutia, where he developed a passion for marketing and innovation. Due to school obligations, Erion had to step away from his job—an experience that became a turning point. He realized the potential to bridge the gap between brands and Generation Z through the creation of GENZ Digital.

The Early Days and Key Milestones

Starting as a solo venture, Erion managed social media accounts and developed digital marketing strategies for small businesses. After a year of dedication, his efforts paid off, earning him four-figure monthly revenue. Recognizing the potential, he partnered with a friend, and GENZ Digital formalized its operations. Today, the company boasts a five-person team and has worked with over 60 clients, offering services that include:

  • Social media management
  • Web development
  • UI/UX design
  • SEO strategies
  • Paid media campaigns

One of the major milestones for GENZ Digital was winning the ICK Kosovo Pitch Competition, which provided free office space for three months. Erion and his team have also represented their company at Europe’s largest marketing fair, DMEXCO in Cologne, Germany—twice—expanding their network and showcasing their work to global audiences.

Reflecting on his journey, Erion attributes much of his success to the education and support he’s received from RIT Kosovo:

The university's focus on experiential learning has empowered him to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges, helping him refine his business strategies and leadership skills.

GENZ Digital’s Social Impact

GENZ Digital demonstrates social responsibility through its current Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, offering three vouchers worth 700 Euros each for young women entrepreneurs. These vouchers will provide services such as brand identity development, web design, and digital marketing strategies, supporting their growth and visibility.
