Mock Interview Day

RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) – Co-Op & Career Office organized the "Mock Interview Day", which focused on giving the students a new insight into the interviewing process. The students were very interested; they gained new experience for their future interviewing possibilities and got feedback from the entire panelists. A great way to practice for job interviews.

Four professional members/panelists conducted the mock interview: 

 Martin Cunningham- Career and Interview Coaching 
 Gresa Statovci – RIT Kosovo Alumni – Education & Social Inclusion Specialist 
 Leandrit Mehmeti, RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) Lecturer – Public Policy and Governance Concentration
 Driart Elshani, RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) Lecturer – Computing and Information Technology Program 

During the mock interview, the panelist were more open with open-ended questions, allowing for a discussion with the interviewee rather than a straightforward question-and-answer format. 

Overall, the feedback from students was remarkable, they were very happy that they used this opportunity to practice for the job interview.
