As a Social Media Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to create, curate, and manage captivating social media content that resonates with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to content strategy, design, scheduling, and community engagement efforts across various social media platforms. We believe that effective communication and genuine engagement are key.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media content plans aligned with the agency's goals and brand identity.
Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Showcase SignGlasses’s commitment to accessibility. Highlight any features or products that cater to the needs of the Deaf community: closed captions, sign language interpreters, Deaf-center technology or inclusive designs.
Write compelling and informative captions that showcase our agency's services, SASS products, and commitment to accessibility.
Research and identify relevant hashtags, trends, and industry influencers to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely and authentic manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of campaigns, suggesting areas for improvement.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong passion for and understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style to suit different platforms and audiences.
Familiarity with sign language and Deaf culture is a plus.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to think outside the box.
Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, schedules, and deadlines.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced start-up environment.
