The ideal candidate will be passionate to make math exciting for students to learn. To make math fun and relatable. They understand
that not everyone loves math right away, so they work hard to help you see the cool side of it. They show how math is used in everyday life, like calculating discounts when shopping or measuring ingredients for a recipe. They know that one size doesn’t fit all. They can remember a time learning something new in math, but it’s not clicking. Realizing everyone learns at different levels and speeds. They find a different way to explain, a new example, or maybe even a fun math game to make it all make sense.
