Dr. James J. DeCaro Celebration of Life Service Livestream

Dr. James J. DeCaro, RIT dean emeritus and former dean of NTID, died Oct. 23. His colleagues remember DeCaro best for his service to the community, his love for research, and for developing relationships with international universities to revolutionize the education of deaf and hard-of-hearing people in the United States and around the world.
