Bio
Erica is a dedicated Career Services professional committed to coaching and advising students and alumni along their career path. As an Assistant Director of the NTID Co-op and Career Center (NCCC), Erica is the Coordinator of the NTID Career Fair and engages in employer development with a vast array of companies and nonprofit organizations. She currently supports students enrolled in the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences, majors in the Saunders College of Business and the Packaging Science major. She previously supported the Visual Communication Studies majors (AAS/AOS), College of Art and Design and the College of Liberal Arts.
Erica has actively participated in the NCCC Co-op Visitation Program doing on-site visits across the northeast, while conducting employer development in tandem.
Prior to joining RIT/NTID in 2016, Erica was a Career Counselor for the St. Bonaventure University Career and Professional Readiness Center in Allegany, NY.
Erica has also lead a middle school mentoring program through Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES and served as a Horticulture Community Educator for Cornell University Cooperative Extension in Allegany and Cattaraugus Counties.
Erica holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Horticulture Production from Alfred State College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Alfred University, and Master of Science in Education in Counselor Education from St. Bonaventure University.
