Ilene serves as an assistant director in NTID’s Communications, Marketing and Multimedia Services Department. She is the marketing liaison for the NTID Office of Enrollment Management, and directs the strategic planning and implementation of communications to prospective students, families, teachers of the deaf, and other key audiences through print and web-based initiatives, including publications, website development, email, letters, direct mail, videos, social media, and advertising. Ilene has worked at RIT since 2006. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from SUNY at Albany.
