Bio
Pamela currently works as a Senior Employment Advisor with the NTID Co-op and Career Center. Pamela oversees employment development with the NTID Business Studies students and with crossed-registered students in the College of Liberal Arts. She has worked in different capacities within RIT. During her 17 years at RIT, she has been employed with the NTID Admissions Office, RIT Human Resources, RIT Student Financial Services, NTID International Office, and NTID Interim Director for Diversity and Inclusion. Pamela is an active participant of the NTID Diversity Group and serves as a Council Member and Mentor for the RIT Women of Color, Honor, and Ambition. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development, both from RIT.

RIT/NTID creates Black History Month Celebration Endowment Fund in honor of longtime employee
To commemorate a beloved Black History Month tradition, NTID announced the establishment of the Johnnie “JB” Brown Black History Month Celebration Endowment Fund at a ceremony in May. The fund, named after a longtime RIT employee, will help preserve the popular Black History Month potluck luncheon held each February.
