Marlene Mata is an RIT/NTID alumna and currently works as a rehabilitation counselor for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals served by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. She has more than 10 years of experience in the vocational rehabilitation field.
Mata earned a bachelor’s degree in social welfare and human resource management through RIT’s multidisciplinary studies program. She also hold a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from Hunter College in New York City.
