NIH Biosketch

I do research on social psychology (persuasion, stereotypes and prejudice), evolutionary psychology (mate value, jealousy, romantic attraction), forensic psychology (Miranda rights, eyewitness memory), and research methods (consent, crosstalk, perceptions of research). My research lab is in Eastman and features a small suite to conduct research with or without computers (along with the assorted suite of technology to generate study materials). I have had a number of deaf or HOH students in my lab over the years and I have published with many of them.
