Fill out and submit the online form below.
- Review the whole form before you begin. If you have questions, contact nstp@rit.edu.
- You should have all your information ready before filling in the form. For example, have any video files created and uploaded to Youtube, and the URLs ready to enter in the form. If entering your essay in writing, have it written first and then copy to the form.
- Note that a red asterisk next to a field name indicates that the field is required. If you click Submit when a required field is left blank, the form will not submit yet and you'll see an error message by the empty field. If that happens: stay on the page, fill in the field indicated, and then click Submit again.
