Watch our video to meet our coordinators, learn more about the program, and how to apply.

TRACCD serves deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals who have been impacted by job loss, whose employment has been interrupted, or those who have experienced limited access to employment opportunities and skills training during the Covid-19 pandemic. The program provides assistance and resources to those who wish to re-enter the workforce and are seeking additional training and support. RIT/NTID’s TRACCD program, supported by NTID’s Co-op and Career Center, can provide you with valuable skills training needed for gainful employment through training/certification programs and provide career connections using our established professional networks, enhancing skill-sets and coaching people for success. Individuals do not need to have attended RIT/NTID to be eligible for this program.
