- Scalable Sequencing Output
The NextSeq 2000 Systems are designed to support emerging and mid-throughput sequencing applications, accommodating a diverse range of methods such as exome sequencing, target enrichment, single-cell profiling, and transcriptome sequencing. It delivers high-quality sequencing data, comparable to the capabilities of the NovaSeq. The NextSeq offers flexibility in sequencing read lengths, ranging from 50bp for single-read sequencing to 300bp for paired-end sequencing. Users can tailor their sequencing runs based on sample volume and coverage needs by selecting from three flow cell configurations: P1 (100M reads), P2 (400M reads), and P3 (1200M reads). This allows for easy transitions between low-to higher-throughput processing with each sequencing run.
