Charity Auction: Students supporting Association PUŽ

At RIT Croatia, giving back to the community is more than just a tradition. This year, we proudly continue our longstanding tradition of the Charity Auction, an event that unites students, faculty, and staff in support of those in need. Over the past 20 years, this initiative has raised over 60,000 EUR for various charitable causes, showcasing the incredible generosity and solidarity of our RIT Croatia community.

This year, we focus on supporting the Put u život (PUŽ) Association, an organization dedicated to increasing the quality of life of families with children and youth with developmental disabilities. With your participation, we can bring hope and relief to those who need it most.

Coming together for a cause

The 2024 Charity Auction takes place in two exciting parts:

1. Silent Auction (December 2 – December 6)
The Silent Auction starts on December 2, 2024, and lasts until December 6. For the Silent Auction students, faculty, and staff can access the Air Auctioneer platform with this link. All details regarding accessing the platform can be found in the email sent to the entire RIT Croatia community.

Aside from this, our community can engage by participating in various side activities, including bingo tickets available at the SG office.

2. Live Auction (December 6)
The Charity Auction culminates with a lively in-person event on December 6. This year’s locations are Love Bar in Dubrovnik and the Galleria Importanne Business Center in Zagreb, where the community will come together to bid on exclusive items, enjoy great company, and celebrate the spirit of giving.
