RIT Croatia students collected a record 7,100 EUR at the annual Charity Auction

RIT Croatia students have been marking the holiday season in a special way for over two decades by organizing a traditional charity auction in which the entire RIT Croatia community participates.

This year's auction consisted of bidding in an online environment via the AirAuctioneer platform, individual donations from the community, and live events in Dubrovnik and Zagreb where students, employees, and graduates bid on various items. This year, a record amount of 7,100 EUR was collected through the mentioned activities. The students will donate the collected funds to the Krijesnica Association to help children and families facing malignant diseases.

 "The Student Government of RIT Croatia has organized the traditional charity auction for many years, and this year we decided to donate all the collected money to the association Krijesnica, which helps children with malignant diseases and their families. Thanks to our partner companies and individuals, we collected a record 7,100 EUR, which will be donated to the association. We are extremely grateful for the participation of more than 100 sponsors, without whom this would not be possible. It is a good feeling to help those who need it the most and I am convinced that the Student Union will continue this tradition in the future, said Andrea Đanić, President of the Student Government, RIT Croatia.
