When it comes to thinking about a career and finding a job after graduation, I had no fear, and I think that’s the goal of this kind of study program. The mandatory internship gives students a unique experience working in the most well-known and best performing IT companies and gives them an edge over the competition. The process of seeking co-ops is distinctly individual; although RIT Croatia provides students with many opportunities for establishing contacts in IT companies, it is up to them to make those contacts, to present themselves in the best possible light and to secure a place for themselves in a good workplace. This process prepares students not only for future job search but also enables them to use these experiences to find good student jobs in the field of study and during their studies.
