The RIT Croatia Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) program provides aspiring hospitality professionals with a unique blend of hard and soft skills, preparing them for entry into one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing industries. By providing HTM students with specialized contemporary knowledge pertaining to the tools and techniques associated with operations in the hospitality industry that is complemented with leadership and communication skills, the HTM program produces well-rounded graduates who are optimally prepared to join today’s evolving hospitality industry. Supplementing and reinforcing course learning, students are exposed to the business community through various events. Moreover, HTM students, as evidenced by alumni career choices and paths, acquire skills and competencies that are broadly transferrable, enabling them to excel in careers not only in hospitality but also in careers ranging from consulting to EU Project Management.
