We have a variety of culinary and non-culinary positions that make up our comprehensive and diverse team.
Creates and executes baked and savory products. Ensures quality food preparation, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Run register with attention to accuracy, instruct and train student employees, and problem solve to maintain quality of service.
Provide leadership and direction to staff to have full compliance of food, occupational safety rules and regulations, and customer service.
Executes hot and cold food preparation. Cooks routine short orders. Ensures quality food preparation, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Executes advanced hot food preparation. Cook full entrees that requires advanced food preparation techniques. Provides mentorship and acts as a resource to Cook I. Ensures quality food preparation, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of all dishware, dish machine, dish room and storage carts, and other areas as assigned.
Assists Sous Chef in leading and supervising activities of kitchen staff. Cooking and preparing a large variety of hot and cold foods. Serves as backup to Sous Chef. Assists in overseeing kitchen food preparation, quality controls, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Leads and supervises activities of baking staff. Oversees bakery food preparation, quality controls, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Receive and store all goods received, ensuring that they are in good condition, and properly handled.
