Photo & Video Policy
- Photos and videos are prohibited in locker rooms and restrooms.
- Students taking videos or photos in the facility in connection with a project for an academic class must request space in advance and complete our Photo/Video Reservation Request.
- Facility users may not use video calling with non-RIT trainers/coaches while in the facility; only RIT trainers/coaches are authorized to provide training/coaching while users are in RIT facilities.
- Facility users must be respectful of others, including while taking photos or videos in the facility.
- RIT reserves the right to prohibit the taking of photos or videos in the facility, and/or remove facility users, for failure to comply with this policy.
