Memberships
The Center for Recreational Sports offers a variety of recreational membership opportunities to RIT students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members.
Students
All RIT students registered for at least one credit bearing* class receive automatic access to the facilities, beginning on the first day of Freshman Orientation. Red Barn Climbing memberships are sold separately.
During the summer, students registered for the previous spring and the upcoming fall semester or those enrolled in a summer course have free access to recreation facilities.
* RIT Students only registered for a wellness class will be provided with access if the class is needed to fulfill a graduation requirement. Access will be granted upon review by the SLC Main Office. If the class is not needed for graduation, the student will need to purchase a recreation membership in order to access the facility and participate in the class.
