Leadership
Joan leads the university’s IT strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the university’s mission and goals. She oversees the delivery of enterprise IT and data services in support of the teaching, learning, research, and administrative needs of the university.
Nilay leads the Institutional Research, Data and Analytics Office and oversees the delivery of enterprise data and analytics, business intelligence, data governance, and decision support services.
Lisa leads Applications Development, working in partnership with university stakeholders to build, maintain and integrate enterprise application and data solutions that align to IT Strategy and RIT’s mission and goals.
Kelly leads the Enterprise Support team. The team is responsible for the RIT Service Center, Endpoint Support, Communications Support and many of the processes that drive and support the customer experience. Kelly is always interested in hearing about your experiences with IT Services/the RIT Service Center.
Shawn leads the Infrastructure & Operations teams. These teams include Networking, Systems, Identity and Access Management, and Client Engineering. These teams provide reliable performant foundational platforms to support the ever-evolving needs of the university.
Rona leads the Project Management Office and oversees the execution of key initiatives and operational IT activities in collaboration with campus partners and university stakeholders.
Matt is responsible for guiding and supervising the design, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise IT solutions, ensuring their seamless alignment with RIT strategies and objectives.
Beth is responsible for developing and articulating the data strategy and data architecture that ensures the effective and efficient use of data assets to support RIT objectives.
