    Tim Reed was part of the civil engineering technology student design team that won top honors at the 2013 Associated Schools of Construction conference and design competition. Reed, one of RIT’s first Rochester City Scholars, will take his talents in engineering technology into the workplace when he graduates.

    For the third straight year, the RIT men’s lacrosse team sits atop the Liberty League Conference. The top-ranked Tigers defeated second-seeded Union College 13-11 in the title game May 4 at Tiger Stadium. The Tigers win their fifth conference title overall and third-straight Liberty League Championship, earning the automatic berth into the NCAA Division III Tournament. RIT, ranked No. 1 in the nation, will play the winner between Ithaca College and Montclair State in the second round of the 2014 NCAA Division III Men’s Lacrosse Championship on May 10 at Tiger Stadium. The performance runs from May 1-3 in the Robert F. Panara Theatre.
