    New York state middle-school students engineer, explore and experiment at the 12th annual E3 Engineering and Technology Fair, May 10. The fair featured two dozen interactive science projects including a scale model of the solar system displayed on the RIT campus and surrounding communities. The fair was sponsored by the Rochester Engineering Society.
