Enable Interns will be working side by side with the best professionals in the industry and have a chance to make a significant impact in their roles and on their teams, with the potential to lead to return a return internship or full-time employment following college graduation. Eligible candidates must be actively enrolled in degree program. Throughout the Enable Fellowship Summer Internship program, Fidelity will empower fellows and managers with continuous support, training, and consultation for positive working experience with a sense of Belonging to ensure that they continue to advance and thrive. When the fellowships are successful, they often lead to full-time offers, which is a built-in objective of the program. What candidates bring: • Creativity and real passion for working in Technology, Finance and Operations. • Client-focused, results-driven mindset • Coachable and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, dynamic environment • Critical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit Technical Fellowship Focus Areas: • Software Engineer: Analytical problem-solver with strong coding, testing and debugging capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to complete end to end work and succeed in a highly flexible Agile team. • Systems Analyst: Good communicator with analytical skills, and an understanding of Agile and the Software Development Lifecycle. Has the ability to break tasks down as well as the ability to read programming languages & query in SQL. • Data Analyst: Conceptual, analytical thinker, with a real passion for data analysis and design. • Systems Engineer: Interested in enterprise technical infrastructure as a career track and has an appetite for systems architecture, infrastructure, systems continuity planning, and management. Operations Fellowship Focus Areas: • Operations Systems Analyst: Good communicator with analytical skills, and an understanding of Agile mindset. • Operations Business Analyst: Conceptual, analytical thinker, with a real passion for data analysis and design. Finance Fellowship Focus Areas: • Finance Analyst: Analytically driven with the ability to analyze complex issues and communicate the findings effectively. Accurate financial modeling skills as well as organizational and communication skills, conceptual thinking, Tec and problem-solving capabilities. • Accountant: Detail-oriented with solid understanding of business and financial concepts and internal controls. Technology savvy, with an ability to learn new financial systems and reporting tools. Requirements: • Recent completion or current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree • Client focused and results driven mindset. • Critical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Business requirements: • Basic Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint) • Technology / Communications (e.g., Zoom) • Basic Project Management • Team Player • Problem Solving • Time Management • Ability to learn JIRA / Agile Practices, Analytical and data-focused attitude to decision making.
