Requirements

-Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2022 and May 2024 for certain positions
-Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating around May 2023 for certain positions
-Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Finance, UX Design, Product Development, Psychology, or other related fields
-Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for these positions. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
-Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team members
-Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
