Job Description | POSITION DESCRIPTION Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing all human resource-related policies and procedures to meet organizational needs and comply with state and federal laws. The Human Resources Manager directs development and maintenance of human resources information systems to ensure record keeping and reporting requirements are accurate, timely, and confidential. The Human Resources Manager provides guidelines for and oversees management of human resources activities such as recruitment, orientation, performance review, benefits, training, and employee relations and advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. The School has two unions. This position participates in the school’s collective bargaining team and handles grievances and other contract administration matters. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES |
