Perfect opportunity for an energetic, friendly, and outgoing person to provide administrative support for professional Henrietta tax office 30-40 hours/week as needed. This is a temporary position that will run from mid-January through April 15th with the potential to turn into a permanent position. The ideal candidate should be coachable and be phone and computer savvy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Front desk reception
Answering telephone
Appointment setting and confirmation
Copying and scanning paperwork
Processing tax returns
Filing and client file maintenance
Emailing and mailing correspondence

Qualifications:
Associates degree preferred
2-3 years relevant professional office experience
Reliable, punctual and detail oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Experience with tax software preferred

Standard working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. During busier times, you may be asked to work and additional 3-5 hours/week. Flexibility in scheduling may be available and can be discussed at subsequent interview.
