Provides comprehensive standards based instruction to students who are deaf/hard of hearing; responsibilities include assessing and documenting students' communication skills, reading/math skills, independent living skills, and educational/behavioral development; identifying appropriate individualized educational goals; developing and
implementing instructional lesson plans; maintaining documentation of student progress; and utilizing appropriate instructional techniques based on individual student needs.
