This position is for individuals interested in assisting adults diagnosed with mental health issues who live in group home settings. Some of our clients are hearing impaired and supported by staff who are also hearing impaired.
This is an entry level position and duties would include following a clinical goal plan for each client that supports them in daily household activities, community events, passing medications, safety checks and documentation.

All trainings for the Mental Health Rehabilitative Technician(MHRT1) are provided and include CPR/FA, Mental Health overview, MANDT and the Certified Residential Medication Assistant courses. Motivational Services also provides opportunities for growth and advancement and further education to achieve these goals whenever possible.
