I am currently employed by the University of Rochester Medical Center as a Research Coordinator.
What are your work responsibilities?
In my role as a research coordinator, I recruit participants and data, screen data for quality, conduct assessments and exit interviews, and ensure compliance with IRB regulations.
How does your co-op or internship relate to your degree from RIT/NTID?
My co-op at the University of Rochester Medical Center correlates directly with my degree from RIT/NTID, as it immerses me in project management, IRB compliance, ethics, and professionalism within the psychology field. This holistic experience merges academic knowledge with practical skills, thoroughly preparing me for my future career.

Networking is your net worth. Try to meet others, as shared interests will help advance your career or your enrichment! Your college years are only a brief time in your life. Enjoy it while you can!
