The Summer Institute is a celebration of teaching and learning at RIT, and a time for faculty to come together to discuss and inspire each other on a variety of teaching and learning topics. The theme of this year's symposium is "Creativity and Innovation" and is sponsored by the RIT Research Division.

With the theme of "Creativity and Innovation", a variety of workshops, presentations, poster sessions, and panel discussions led by RIT faculty and recognized experts, will be offered within the following topics: 

  • Teaching and Supporting Students with Technology
  • Creating Engaging Learning Experiences
  • Advancing Faculty Success
  • Exploring AI In Practice  

The event promises to be a dynamic exploration of teaching, learning, and the transformative impact of artificial intelligence in education.

This event is free and open to the entire RIT community. Whether you are a seasoned educator, new to the field, or curious about these topics and their impact, we encourage you to attend, participate and contribute to this vibrant exchange of ideas.
