Gradescope can auto-grade programming code against instructor-created test cases. To do this, instructors create an autograder package with a setup script and autograder script, along with any compilers, libraries, or other dependencies needed.

Learn strategies for creating and using these code autograders from instructors who have used Gradescope:

  • Richard Lange, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science
  • Zack Butler, Professor, Department of Computer Science

We encourage you to also review Setting Up and Grading Programming Assignments for a tutorial on using Gradescope with myCourses.

This session is intended for RIT faculty, including adjuncts and teaching assistants. Participants should request Access Services, if needed.
