It is no news that a lot of alumni come to our CED events to share their experience with students and look for potential employees. However, this year, one of our recent graduates, Filip Macukić (RIT Croatia, Class of 2016) participated in the event as both the panelist and the employer looking for students for co-op in his digital agency Enfluar. This is what he said about it: "When I was a student, the CED event was a great opportunity for me to meet future employers; it helped me boost my self-confidence, which later proved to be crucial in interviews. As employers, we see amazing opportunity to meet all sorts of talent. RIT has students that are interested in various types of fields, such as: digital marketing, sales, finance and IT and we have had new members in Enfluar that came from both IB and IT majors. So, to all students of RIT Croatia, when it comes to the Career Education Day, prepare for events, do research about people attending the events and prepare questions of their interest for them. Get out of your comfort zone regarding networking because this is a great way to start preparing for your career during your studies!"
