Last week of May 2015 had a very special meaning for RIT Croatia - at both campuses we have had around one hundred of graduates who have successfully finished their studying at our undergraduate programs.

The first ceremony took place in Zagreb on May 29th and it was the first ceremony in the short, but successful history of our Zagreb campus. Dubrovnik campus celebrated graduation ceremony the following day, May 30th, where we have honored the 17th generation of graduates.

Both ceremonies were attended by distinguished guest from RIT main campus led by Dr. Jeremy A. Haefner, Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs. Mr. Ivica Mudrinić, Senior Vice President for Strategic Support and DT Europe and Vice President of Croatian National Competitiveness Council, honored our graduates at both campuses with a very inspirational and motivating speech.

Ms. Tatjana Šimac Bonačić , Vice president of the Mayor of Dubrovnik and Mr. Davorko Obuljen, Vice President of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County Prefect were also present at the ceremony in Dubrovnik, where they conveyed their messages to our graduating class of 2014/15.

Especially moving moments of the ceremony were the speeches of our valedictorians. Nicole Seymour shared her moving story with her colleagues in Dubrovnik, whereas Tomislav Cvetko held an inspirational speech to his colleagues at the Zagreb ceremony.

This dignified celebration was enriched by Ivan Goran Kovačić Quire in Zagreb and klapa Fortuna, klapa Subrenum and Folklore Ensemble Linđo in Dubrovnik.

Congratulations to all of our graduates and we are looking forward to following your success in many years to come!
