One of the teaching faculty, Professor Phillipa Thiuri, will introduce the program by:

-Giving examples of the core courses and show how these courses will allow students to learn the elements of leadership to influence their successful careers;

-Discussing the ways in which this program affects students and helps them reach their professional goals;

-Talk about how the program honors students' experience andcontent expertise, and builds on that content knowledge with a leadership orientation;

-Reflect on the skills that will be enhanced through the program and that include:

·leadership skills encompassing the design and analysis of service systems;

· promotion of innovation within selfand others;and

· capabilities to analyze an organizations progress, areas of growth and trends.

The info session will take place on Friday, May 12th @ 4pm at RIT Croatia's Zagreb campus, Damira Tomljanovića Gavrana 15.
