Dr. Dina Tomšić elected to the UFI Board of Directors for 2020-2023

UFI, the global association of the exhibition industry, has elected its new Board of Directors for the 2020-2023 mandate. One of the elected Directors is Dr. Dina Tomšić, CEO of the Zagreb Fair Ltd and our adjunct faculty member teaching Organizational Effectiveness.

"Being elected to UFI's Board of Directors is an important achievement, especially since this is the first time that Croatia has its representative in this prestige global association", says Dr. Tomšić. For the forthcoming mandate she intends to highlight following focal topics:

• Embrace high-tech tools as a new core competence dimension in order to become aligned with the reality of digitally native generations,
• Cherish the old core competence - socialization and live interaction,
• Develop an agile mindset,
• Empower feminine leadership, and
• Provide a resilient platform through collaboration to sustain the synergy of members.

UFI's Board of Directors consists of maximum 60 members, and the elections take place every three years. More information is available HERE.
