HTM students listened to a lecture on Crisis Management at the Dubrovnik Airport

As part of HTM Guest lecture series, professor Besim Agušaj and his group of students from the Business Continuity and Crisis Management course had the opportunity to listen to a lecture on the topic of "Crisis Management", delivered by Mr. Goran Pulig, Deputy Security, Safety and Quality Manager from Dubrovnik Airport. The lecture was held on March 22 at the premises of Dubrovnik Airport.

"The reason why we chose to take our students at this location to listen about Crisis Management is because airline industry is known to have well established plans and systems for crisis management and prevention. Students had the opportunity to hear firsthand about intricate protocols and procedures on how to handle crisis and why is that so important for everyday functioning of a business", said professor Agušaj.
