Spending a day in the Aman Resort in Sveti Stefan in Montenegro is usually a couple of thousand Euros worth experience, unless your college takes you there as part of your curriculum. And this is exactly what happened to RIT Croatia sophomore and junior year students of the Hospitality and Tourism Management program, who spent their Saturday, April 7th, in Sveti Stefan, Montenegro, led by Professor Besim Agušaj as a part of their curriculum at the Human Resources course.
Students were hosted by Aman management and they had the opportunity to take an in-depth view of one of the world's most luxurious and unique hotel properties. Aman representatives proudly shared their history and best practices with our students; from its operations, customer service, and employee selection, to training and development programs. Students were impressed by everything they have seen and heard, and they definitely took away lessons and inspiration for their future careers.
