Junior year students, who are taking the Hotel Management and Operations course with prof. Mario Matković, had a great opportunity to visit the Norwegian Jade Cruise on September 11, in Dubrovnik port. The purpose of the visit was for students to learn more about work organization within a large and complex system such as cruise ship. Students were greeted by the Captain, Mr. Vanja Litovic, and the whole visit was organized with the help of Mr. Mirsad Bucuk, the Hotel Director. After the tour around the ship, student ended their visit with a nice dinner.
