Luxury Service Excellence class visits Hotel Excelsior

The Luxury Service Excellence class, led by HTM faculty member Domagoj Nikolić, paid a visit to the luxury Hotel Excelsior in Dubrovnik, where they were hosted by our HTM alumnus Mr. Ivor Vlašić, who is a General Manager of the hotel, and Mr. Tino Kaminski, Guest Experience Manager.

Students were given an extensive tour of the hotel and were shown the suites, F&B outlets, beach area, wellness and spa, as well as conference facilities. In addition to having a sneak peek into luxurious amenities, the students also had a chance to enjoy a 45 minute Q&A session with Ivor Vlašić, who gave the group a sense of the place and shared challenges and ambitions that accompany the management of such an epic hotel.
