Professors Kužnin and Walker presented a research paper at the 3^rd Dubrovnik International Economic Meeting DIEM 2017

This Friday, October 13, 2017, Professors Kužnin and Walker presented their paper, Contemporary Leadership Challenges in Hospitality Organizations in Times of Uncertainty and Change, at the 3rd Dubrovnik International Economic Meeting (DIEM 2017), Scientific Conference in the fields of Managing Business Growth in a Volatile Environment, organized by the University of Dubrovnik's Department of Economics and Business Economics.

The original research paper presented by our own professors focused on the topic of contemporary leadership styles in the hospitality industry in Dubrovnik. The results of the research indicate that our hotel middle managers effectively adapt their styles to the situation at hand and to the needs of their followers, front-line employees.
