RIT Croatia Alumna Ms. Ana Brant as a guest lecturer on the topic Customer Data Collection and Humanized Data

In the series of hospitality related guest speakers at our Dubrovnik campus, we will have the pleasure to host our RIT Croatia Alum, Ms. Ana Brant, Director, Global Guest Experience & Innovation at Dorchester Collection, USA!

When: Wednesday, October 18th at 16:00 in Room 21.

Lecture topic: Customer data collection and humanized data - Ana will talk about the following: how to listen to your customers, channels of listening, what to do with insights you receive, artificial intelligence tool, social media listening strategies, evolution of customer centric organization, and from TQM to Experience Design.

Ana holds a BS degree from RIT Croatia and an MS degree from RIT, NY. Her innovation in customer experience led to articles in the Harvard Business Review and speaking engagements at many prominent schools like Harvard University, École Hôtelière de Lausanne and many others. Under her leadership and with her 10+ years' luxury brand experience and leadership, the Dorchester Collection guest experience index increased by 22% worldwide.
