RIT Croatia celebrated European Day of Languages

The European Day of Languages was celebrated on Friday, September 26th, in organization of the Europe House in Dubrovnik and RIT Croatia students also took part in this interesting event.

Students from Dubrovnik Campus participated in person at the event on Stradun, in front of Sv. Vlaho church, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. The Spanish Language group performed a screenplay about Don Quijote, the Italian Language students sang songs in Italian, English and Spanish, and German Language student read a poem Die Lorelei by H. Heine.

Students from Zagreb Campus had the opportunity to listen to interesting lectures and to watch videos on the importance of languages. They were given print notes with interesting quotes in different languages as a reminder.

What a wonderful way this was to celebrate importance of foreign languages in today's world, don't you agree?
