RIT Croatia Dubrovnik students among the best at RIT!

Each year RIT selects and awards its best undergraduate students (senior level). Out of over 15,000 undergrad students and out of 4,000 seniors only a small percentage gets to be honored with special recognitions. This year, seven students from Dubrovnik campus were selected among top seniors at the whole RIT University due to their academic excellence and achievement, and their overall contributions to the college life and community.

Kristijan Bjelopera, Darko Ganić, Lucija Marinov, Alojz Paver and Anna Ratković were named and honored as Outstanding Undergraduate Students. They are among 90 selected seniors at RIT based on their academic achievements and involvement in college and community extra-curricular activities. The Outstanding Undergraduate Scholars are presented with a specially designed medallion emblematic of high academic achievement.

Stefany Sokolić Miloslavich, Anna Ratković and Tea Teu Stojanović received the Alpha Sigma Lambda award honoring students who represent the guiding principles of Activities, Scholarship and Leadership. They received an Alpha Sigma Lambda medal to wear for graduation.

To celebrate such success RIT Croatia hosted a special dinner for these students who were accompanied by their favorite professors - Besim Agušaj, Vanda Bazdan, Milena Kužnin, Zrinka Friganović Sain and Kevin Walker, as well as the Associate Dean Dr. Shawn Sturgeon and the Dean and President of RIT Croatia, Don Hudspeth.
