RIT Croatia Dubrovnik campus had a pleasure to host the Delta Lloyd group from Belgium for the purpose of professional development lectures. Altogether, 90 people participated in three lectures prepared by our faculty members and Alumni where they've got acquainted with RIT Croatia history and offer. They were also warmly welcomed by our President and Dean, Mr. Don Hudspeth, and were given the Certificate of attendance for the lectures.

First lecture was prepared by prof. Domagoj Nikolić on the topic of "Authenticity: The Creation of the High-Tech/ High-Touch Customer Experience". The second lecture was taught by prof. Branko Mihaljević on "Innovations in IT Make Better Business", which was very inspiring for all of the participants. Last lecture was given by RIT Croatia Alumni and CEO at Enum software j.d.o.o., Mr. Andrej Šarić on the topic of "Dubrovnik Smart City Startups".

Event organizer on the Delta Lloyd side, Mrs. Siviglia Berto, held a Guest Lecture for our students on the topic of "Innovation, Inspiration & Events. Sustainability or not. What is MICE? LIFE EXPERIENCE - SPONSORING & EVENT DESIGNER". The main purpose of this lecture was to teach students that events do not have to be standardized in format, but can be very exciting and innovative. Mrs. Berto gave many examples from her work on how to deal with last minute changes and how to create emotions for each of the events and projects, but also how to get people out of their comfort zones for the better and more honest results.
