The 4th Career Boot Camp took place from October 12-15 in Zagreb. This project is organized by posao.hr in order to interactively prepare senior year students for their upcoming entry to the labor market. Through the selection process, the 20 most motivated students from throughout Croatia were chosen to participate in this four-day event. Among them, five students were from RIT Croatia. Patricia Pondeljak, Mislav Mesek, Tamar Novak, Krešimir Petar Ćosić and Filip Tomeković participated in interesting workshops and had the opportunity to listen to lectures of leading experts in the field of Human Resources. HR experts, on the other hand, had the opportunity to meet the students and to offer them internships in their companies.
Following the tradition from last year's Career Boot Camp, this year the interviewing committee chose the best participant in all activities, and we are proud to announce that Krešimir Petar Ćosić, one of our students from the International Business program was recognized as the best participant of the 4th Career Boot Camp. He was awarded with a participant's fee and trip to the Human Resources Summit that will take place in May 2016. Krešimir will be participating there with the team from posao.hr, which will be an amazing networking opportunity for him.
Besides Krešimir, Patricia Pondeljak, a senior in our IB program, along with a few other team members, won first place in a case study they did for INA d.d., which resulted in internships being offered to the entire team.
Congratulations to all of our students who once again demonstrated an impressive skill set gained at RIT Croatia.
