RIT Croatia's graduate wins the Netexplo Award for one of the best innovations of 2014 with the PhotoMath app

RIT Croatia congratulates one of its Alumni, Izet Ždralović, who is a co-founder of the company that came up with the PhotoMath app, which in only three months has over 11 million downloads. Izet, who graduated from our IHSM program in 2003 is a living proof of endless possibilities upon graduating and we are extremely proud to have such successful members of our Alumni community.
Netexplo Forum, in collaboration with UNESCO, has awarded this year in Paris awards for the top 10 global digital innovation.

PhotoMath application was awarded in the field of educational technology and RIT Croatia alumnus, Izet Ždralović This year's Netexplo Forum 2015 is being held on the 4th and 5th of February at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, France.

Netexplo Forum was established in 2007 in partnership with the French Senate and the Ministry for the Digital Economy with the aim of studying the impact of digital tech on society and business. Netexplo takes a unique approach to understanding digital society. Through its international spotter network, the Netexplo Observatory scans the world for the new faces of tech and their inventions.
They have an annual selection of the 100 most promising digital initiatives and the 10 Netexplo award winners who take part each year in the Netexplo Forum in Paris, in partnership with UNESCO.
Focusing on the development of digital technologies and their cultural and sociological aspects, Netexplo and UNESCO want to create new possibilities for dialogue and participation by sharing knowledge between cultures and peoples, based upon respect for universal values.
