RIT's professor Cegelski talks about Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management at RIT Croatia's Zagreb campus


RIT Croatia is hosting a lecture "Keeping Pace with the Future" on one of key topics in today's business - organizational learning and knowledge management.

Professor Sara Cegelski from RIT's Rochester campus will talk about changes to the workplace landscape that have made organizational learning and knowledge management key issues of concern for organizations, the HR role in fostering effective organizational learning and knowledge management in organizations as well as approaches to organizational learning and knowledge management that address the pace of change, meet generational expectations and add value across the organization.

Professor Cegelski has more than 20 years experience as a facilitator and consultant in efforts that further client organizational objectives and employee development. In addition, she designs high quality, engaging learning materials for clients in both corporate and higher education settings. Professor Cegelski areas of thematic focus include performance and conflict management; cultural competency; leadership development; customer service, train-the-trainer; team building; presentation skills and on-the-job training.

Professor Cegelski teaches masters-level students in human resource development-related topics (Facilitation Skills and Design of Interactive Training) and global leadership seminars at a university level. She is one of the professors teaching in the MS program Service Leadership and Innovation RIT offers at the Zagreb campus.
