Zagreb campus hosts yet another successful International Dinner

First day of Spring marked another interested (and yummy) event at our Zagreb campus - the traditional International dinner which our students organize to promote the multicultural experience at RIT Croatia. This year's event gathered more than 70 students presenting and tasting various dishes from countries such as Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Russia and Albania. This year our students made more than 30 dishes at Zagreb campus and they voted for their best dish and the most original dish.

The winners are:

• Most original dish: Insalata caprese, bruschette, lasagne, pannacotta prepared by Italian students (Italian dish)
• Best dish: Pasta quattro formaggi prepared by Italian students (Italian dish)

International Dinner is one of our favorite social gatherings. When we started with this event, our primary goal was to help our students to find out more about the culture and customs of different countries and have fun in doing so. In the past years, we had the pleasure to taste some excellent French, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian dishes, and also some other exquisite dishes from all over the world. This event is an important part of foreign language education and it helps students understand and enjoy more about the cultures of the language that they are studying.
